2007
“inside/out,” – two-person sculpture exhibition at Cabrillo College Gallery, CA. Exhibited eleven sculptures based on women from various cultures and different times in history. The women are fictional characters, but the time and mores of the cultures are precisely represented. Each sculpture was accompanied by an original fictional story about each woman. This project was two years in the making. The sculptures are composed of metals, clay, glaze, acrylic paint, enamel, glass, paper, fabric, and wood. Each piece includes a wearable part.
